Ordering and shipping
Every inkumomo order is printed on demand. Production typically happens before the item ships, so timing depends on the piece you choose.
Placing your order
Choose your size or option, add the item to your cart, and check that your delivery address is complete and accurate before paying.
Production times
Each design is printed after your order is placed. Standard production windows apply before the order leaves for shipment.
Shipping
Once shipped, tracking details are sent so you can follow your order. Please double-check your address, as corrections after printing may not be possible.
Returns and exchanges
If something is not right
Contact us if your item arrives damaged or misprinted. We will review the issue and help with an exchange or return where applicable.
Product care
Keeping artwork looking its best
Wash printed T-shirts inside out in cold water and hang dry. For mugs, we recommend hand washing or using the dishwasher on a gentle cycle, away from high heat.
